If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money.
100% satisfaction is our goal.
Full-Price Merchandise
You can return full-price merchandise with the original invoice within 7 days from the receipt date. Your item must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging and sales invoice to receive a refund for the amount of your original tender (less shipping and handling charges).
Within 8–30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the item for store credit only, less shipping and handling costs. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in new condition with the original packaging and sales invoice.
After 30 days, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
Sale-Price Merchandise
Sale-price merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift Merchandise
If you received the item as a gift (purchased by someone else), it can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in new condition, with the original packaging and sales invoice.
Merchandise Purchased from 3rd Parties
Scanalog cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers. All items must be returned or exchanged through the third party directly and are subject to that retailer’s return policies.
Shipping & Handling
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping and handling charges.

We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address. Write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the package to:

You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable carton using plenty of padding to protect the products, and include a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Items must arrive in resalable condition for a refund. Any item damaged in shipment will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Once we receive your return package, we will issue a refund or store credit for the price of the returned products (including tax, if any). Shipping is non-refundable.
If you paid by credit card, the credit will be issued back to that same card. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund the shipping cost to return the item to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. We cannot apply a refund to a different credit card.
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your refund. It may take one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement depending on your credit card provider's policies.
