Oversized items ship at a flat rate within the Continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

We offer FREE shipping on all retail orders over $85 shipped within the Continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), except:
• Oversize items
• Mixie Bikes

Order Fulfillment
We aim to ship orders within 24–72 hours on weekdays unless products are:
• On backorder
• Limited availability
• Special order
Orders placed on weekends are fulfilled the following Monday.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

Customs & Import Duties
• You may be required to pay customs fees at delivery.
• Scanalog cannot be held responsible for customs charges or duties.
• If an order is returned due to customs refusal or non-delivery, shipping is non-refundable, and additional shipping fees will be required to resend the item.
