SECTION 21 - SCANNABLE CODES, DIGITAL EXPERIENCES AND AI FEATURES
Certain Scanalog products may include printed or embedded codes linking to digital content, websites, interactive experiences or AI-based features operated by or on behalf of 2CME UI, Inc.
(a) Availability and modification
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any digital or AI experience at any time for technical, legal or business reasons without notice.
(b) Third-party platforms and dependencies
Digital experiences, streams, playlists, AI features and interactive content may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to video platforms, music services, hosting providers and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy or continued access to any third-party service.
(c) AI content limitations
Any AI-generated content or interactions are for entertainment and general information only and should not be relied on as medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
(d) User conduct
You agree not to misuse or interfere with any digital or AI features.
(e) Ownership
All software, code, embedded systems, model configurations and related intellectual property used to provide digital or AI features are owned by or licensed to 2CME UI, Inc. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
